  2.     Welcome to VITRON's NAME/ADDRESS System.

  4.     Hopefully, you'll take a few moments to read this file and also to
  5. take some time and at least skim through the MANUAL.DOC file -- the
  6. system's User Manual.
  7.  
  8.     In any case, we just want to let you know that this system is a
  9. relatively large database application system that likes as much RAM as
  10. it can grab. In order to effectively run this system, you'll need at least
  11. 503K of available RAM. Otherwise, you may risk seeing the infamous "Out
  12. of Memory" error message at some point in its operation.
  13.  
  14.     How do you know if you have sufficient free RAM? Run the DOS CHKDSK
  15. command. If the amount of RAM (on the last line of the display) is
  16. greater than or equal to 503,000, you should be okay. If not, you are
  17. probably running some TSRs that should be removed BEFORE you start
  18. NAME/ADDRESS.
